The StrongHer45 Training at LadyStrong Fitness was designed to allow women to find their foundation in strength training. The StrongHer45 training is designed for all fitness levels. By focusing on hypertrophy style training through different training cycles, new members to LSF are able to learn how to lift weights properly with quality form and veteran members are able to take their training a new direction and a new level by focusing on progressive overload to build muscle & burn fat! StrongHer45 is the place where you as a member truly find your version of LADYSTRONG.

You'll take the StrongHer class to acquire the foundational training required to utilize the axle bars during group classes.
